Abstract

Activer le potentiel créatif des environnements urbains est devenu la nouvelle panacée des politiques publiques. Il convient alors de s'interroger sur la dynamique urbaine de création des connaissances et sur la manière dont les managers publics peuvent la stimuler. Dans le cadre d'une recherche action, en mobilisant les composantes de l'anatomie de la ville créative et les travaux sur la nouvelle gouvernance des politiques publiques, nous suggérons dans cet article une nécessaire transformation du leadership public pour la réussite des politiques dédiées à la créativité.
