Abstract

La coopération des établissements de santé est, de longue date, au coeur de la répartition territoriale de l'offre hospitalière. Toutefois, sous la pression croissante et conjuguée de multiples contraintes et de la concurrence, la coopération territoriale d'établissements publics de santé s'infléchit vers une logique de groupe.
