Abstract

Comment assurer la sécurité des approvisionnements en énergie dans un environnement international en pleine mutation ? Comment fournir un accès à l'énergie à tous et à des prix garantissant la compétitivité de l'économie ? Comment évoluer vers des systèmes énergétiques plus respectueux de l'environnement et du climat ? Ces questions profondément liées forment le nouvel horizon du secteur de l'énergie du XXIe siècle.Cette introduction à l'économie de l'énergie livre au lecteur les clés pour mieux comprendre ces défis. Au-delà d'un ancrage théorique solide, il s'appuie sur de nombreux exemples et rappels historiques. Une attention particulière est portée à la réorganisation des industries, l'intervention des autorités, l'environnement, les innovations ou encore la précarité énergétique.
