Abstract

Depuis les années 1990, le transfert entre recherche en Systèmes d'Information et entreprises emprunte d'autres voies que la lecture partagée des publications scientifiques, et s'effectue par exemple via certaines associations ou institutions, (FNEGE, fondation CIGREF, ANVIE…). Nous présentons ici un aspect moins connu : la recherche peut avoir un impact sur les organisations à travers le processus même de recherche. Nous appelons " mécanisme d'impact " une dynamique d'articulation entre chercheurs et professionnels pouvant conduire les entreprises à évoluer ou à changer de perspective. Nous en présentons cinq, que nous avons illustrés par des recherches conduites par les auteures ou connues dans le domaine : développement de la mémoire organisationnelle ; transformation des représentations ; co-production de connaissance ; réflexivité ; effet retour des études. Cette communication peut aider les chercheurs à mettre en mouvement l'un ou l'autre des mécanismes identifiés, afin d'assurer un impact de leurs recherches. Elle peut donner aux managers une vue plus claire de l'intérêt à s'engager dans certaines formes de participation à des projets de recherche.
