Abstract

The evolution of psychological contracts and the empowerment of their careers by individuals question the role of career management in organizations. To better understand the evolution of this practice, this paper studies how the job as career manager is changing. Result show that, far from having disappeared, career manager is linked to organizational dynamics and has to face new challenges.
