Innovations managériales en établissements de santé : vers un management intégratif

Abstract

Les établissements de santé en France, aujourd'hui, connaissent des contextes de transformation importants. Les évolutions sont institutionnelles mais également socio-économiques, professionnelles, organisationnelles et humaines. Pour faire face aux nouvelles exigences, l'auteur soutient que les pratiques, les postures, les outils de management, tels qu'envisagés aujourd'hui dans les établissements de santé, doivent être repensés. Cinq champs d'innovation à potentiel sont explorés dans cet ouvrage : la construction des consensus autour des pratiques professionnelles, la gestion de l'absentéisme, la gestion par les compétences, la surchauffe organisationnelle et le pilotage du changement. Des pistes d'innovation sont proposées sur chacun et au final, l'auteur met au jour une posture de management intégratif, véritable clef du changement dans ces organisations. Cet ouvrage s'adresse aux acteurs des établissements de santé qui veulent oser les ruptures de paradigme de management nécessaires dans le contexte actuel : directions des établissements, mais également directions des soins, encadrement de proximité ou encore étudiants de master se destinant à une carrière impliquant une prise de responsabilité dans ces organisations, futurs acteurs du changement.
