Abstract

Un cluster de tourisme est un projet pour un territoire. L'émergence de nouveaux modèles économiques exige aujourd'hui de se poser la question du décloisonnement. Décloisonner un cluster de tourisme, cela signifie être capable de renouveler la notion de destination, d'ancrer le tourisme dans le développement économique local et dans l'innovation. L'enjeu consiste à construire une gouvernance nouvelle, capable de porter le modèle économique nécessaire à l'essor touristique du territoire. La notion de décloisonnement des clusters de tourisme peut être appréhendée de deux façons : à travers la notion de blurring au niveau des usages et des individus; à travers la notion d'interclustering au niveau sectoriel et interrelationnel.
