L’intervention de la logistique dans la formulation / conduite de la stratégie en milieu complexe

Abstract

Cet article s'inscrit dans une double continuité de travail : la première, depuis 1984, dans le cadre du CRET-LOG, la seconde, depuis 1992, dans le cadre de l'atelier MCX 1 de l'AEMCX. Nos multiples interactions dans l'atelier MCX 1, ponctuées d'échanges plus officiels (les rencontres MCX), expliquent pourquoi nous faisons largement référence aux travaux échangés dans cet atelier, notamment ceux de Marie-José Avenier qui en est l'animateur. Les objectifs de cet article sont d'une part de montrer la pertinence de la problématique de l'éco-management par rapport au domaine logistique et d'étudier comment s'expriment certains aspects de cette problématique dans ce domaine particulier (chapitre 1). Il s'agit d'autre part d'étudier comment la logistique s'inscrit dans la conception et la mise en acte de la stratégie d'une entreprise qui opère en milieu complexe, et d'examiner les interactions au sein desquelles elles s'élaborent (chapitre 2).
