Abstract

Après avoir rappelé les caractéristiques de l'industrie de la prestation logistique, nous étudions les voies d'action stratégiques que peuvent envisager les prestataires face à la menace de réintégration des opérations logistiques par les chargeurs, légitimée par leur caractère stratégique. Après avoir évoqué le rôle du portefeuille "d'activités logistiques stratégiques" et des "espaces de compétences" , nous envisageons parmi les stratégies les mieux adaptées celle de l'alliance, en particulier avec certains chargeurs.
