Abstract

La plupart des établissements bancaires ont choisi de gérer leurs clients fragiles en dehors de leur réseau de distribution traditionnel en finançant des associations pour le microcrédit ou en créant des structures d'éducation financière. Mais leurs conseillers clientèle, souvent peu informés de cette stratégie, et confrontés à des situations de détresse, ont tendance à consacrer un temps commercialement peu optimisé à ces clients, contrevenant même aux instructions qui leur sont données.
