Abstract

Après les études faites sur la redistribution territoriale effectuée par le budget de l'Etat en France et au Maroc, les auteurs ont appliqué la même méthodologie au cas de la Côte d'Ivoire et montré que, par les mêmes mécanismes, la grande métropole du pays, Abidjan, transfère d'importantes sommes au reste du pays.
