Abstract

La réforme de la Prime pour l'emploi (PPE) s'inscrit dans le cadre de la stratégie pour l'emploi du gouvernement. Il s'agit de revaloriser le travail relativement au non-emploi en augmentant l'écart entre les revenus d'activité et ceux issus des transferts sociaux. En cela, l'objectif reste identique à celui qui est inscrit dans la loi du 30 mai 2001 instituant la PPE : " inciter au retour à l'emploi ou au maintien d'activité ". La PPE est un crédit d'impôt remboursable qui permet d'accroître le revenu des personnes dont le salaire se situe entre 0,3 et 1,4 SMIC (...).
