Abstract

Nous allons nous placer dans le cadre classique d'acteurs qui observent et analysent leur environnement et en retirent des éléments pour une action de progrès (décision, innovation ...). C'est le cadre par exemple de la veille technologique, stratégique etc. Nous allons examiner brièvement comment analyser ce processus d'interaction d'une organisation et de son environnement ( on pourrait en déduire ultérieurement des méthodes et des outils pour optimiser ce processus), et comment cette interaction est reliée au patrimoine de connaissances. Nous nous concentrerons ensuite sur le thème de la gestion du patrimoine de connaissances et plus particulièrement sur la méthode MASK, mise au point par l'auteur.
