Abstract

L'accompagnement des néo-ruraux porteurs de projet est confronté à la double problématique de l'insertion sociale et culturelle, et de la réussite économique de la création d'activité. La plupart des dispositifs ne sont pas adaptés à une telle atypicité, mêlant un projet de vie à la démarche entrepreneuriale. De plus, bien que reposant le plus souvent sur des bases agricoles, ces projets combinent souvent des activités relevant de différents secteurs économiques. Ces spécificités ont conduit à la mise en place d'un dispositif expérimental d'accompagnement en Limousin, fédérant un collectif d'associations qui alimente et gère un réseau de tuteurs à l'installation. L'analyse, après un an et demi de fonctionnement, permet de faire le bilan des apports concluants, les erreurs commises et les améliorations à apporter. Outre les inévitables mises au point, il s'avère qu'il est difficile de décréter une relation de tutorat, tout comme d'instaurer un fonctionnement inter-associatif. D'autant que malgré leurs discours, les institutions dominantes ne facilitent pas les expériences alternatives. Ces constats ont conduit à débuter une recherche sur les facteurs de réussite d'un réseau de tuteurs
