Abstract

Le type de profil du dirigeant agricole, en termes de légitimités concurrentielles (préférences) et sociales (références) peut expliquer la variété des produits fermiers et des trajectoires correspondantes. La proactivité et l'insertion sociale des dirigeants en produits fermiers sont analysées sur des trajectoires de plus de 20 ans, depuis 1981.
