Abstract

Cette étude exploratoire s'intéresse aux discours managériaux, et plus particulièrement aux guides d'entretiens professionnels en tant que genre de discours particulier. Nous avons réalisé une analyse lexicométrique de guides d'entretiens d'évaluation dans des contextes organisationnels différents (public/privé, grande entreprise/PME). Nous basant sur une démarche classique d'analyse du discours, avec l'aide du logiciel Sphinx Lexica, nous avons entrepris d'analyser ce corpus de 6607 mots-clés contenus dans quatre guides. Nous avons lemmatisé, puis réduit les textes pour obtenir un lexique réduit de 1320 mots, puis nous avons précisé les termes les plus fréquemment utilisés en ajustant les valeurs pour tenir compte de la longueur du texte, avant de terminer par une analyse factorielle des correspondances multiples. En conclusion, cette étude a fait ressortir quelques éléments d'une " langue de l'évaluation " commune utilisée dans les organisations analysées mais surtout des spécificités en fonction des types d'organisation dans lesquels ces discours sont produits.
