Abstract

L'objectif de ce " point sur " est en premier lieu de proposer une revue de la littérature concernant les principales théories développées afin d'expliquer le choix de la méthode de paiement (soit en numéraire, soit par échange d'actions) lors des opérations de fusion-acquisition. Dans un second temps, nous présentons les résultats des travaux empiriques menés pour tester la validité de ces théories.
