Abstract

La culture nationale est souvent mobilisée dans la littérature en management (Hofstede, 1980, 1997; D'Iribarne, 1983; Bosche, 1993; Tayeb, 1994). De nombreux travaux de ce champ de recherche utilisent différentes perspectives culturelles pour analyser la vie internationale des affaires. Ainsi, des travaux ont souligné les difficultés dans les relations interculturelles entre les expatriés et les travailleurs locaux (Black, Mendenhall, 1991). D'autres travaux se sont intéressés à l'influence de la culture nationale sur le développement de l'innovation (Gomez-Mejia, Palich, 1997). Un autre type de travaux porte sur l'impact des différences culturelles sur la performance d'une firme internationale (Hennart, Zeng, 2002).
