Abstract

Dans le cadre de leur internationalisation, les multinationales peuvent opter pour une croissance externe. L'intégration des entreprises locales achetées est un élément clef de la réussite de l'internationalisation des multinationales. Cette intégration passe par la mise en oeuvre de changements organisationnels permettant d'incorporer la filiale dans le groupe international. Le propos de l'article est d'essayer de comprendre quelles sont les caractéristiques des segments distinctifs d'employés se trouvant dans des situations de changements organisationnels post-acquisition. L'exemple choisi est celui des multinationales européennes en Hongrie à la fin des années 1990.
