Abstract

Si le développement durable doit concilier court et long terme en réunifiant l'économique, l'écologique et le social, alors l'entreprise est le lieu où doivent se conjuguer ces trois dimensions. La performance durable, qui consiste à préserver à la fois les dividendes des générations futures et l'intérêt des parties prenantes d'aujourd'hui est une nouvelle source de légitimité pour les entreprises. Cela engendre davantage de complexité, de conflits de priorités et beaucoup de difficultés de définition, de mesure et d'évaluation. Autant de champs d'investigation pour les auteurs réunis dans ce dossier, coordonné par André Sobczak, d'Audencia Nantes.
