Abstract

Le pôle de compétitivité est un nouveau dispositif français (2005) destiné à créer et formaliser des réseaux locaux de compétences et d'expertises afin de pérenniser une activité donnée. Cette communication se propose d'en montrer les originalités et spécificité au travers d'une recherche documentaire récente, d'une analyse qualitative et d'une approche théorique basée sur la recherche de partenariats coopétitifs. Nous montrons que ce dispositif (un méta-système pour des métaprojets) non automatiquement pérenne est certes riche de diversité et d'opportunités mais apparaît résolument complexe en termes de gouvernance.
