Abstract

Cette mise au point présente le cadre juridique et fiscal des différentes œuvres d'art plastique. L'apparition de nouvelles formes d'art contemporain, l'évolution des expositions et le rôle croissant d'internet dans les ventes des créations artistiques ont considérablement modifié ce contexte juridique constitué de règles d'origines nationales et européennes. Qu'est-ce qu'une œuvre d'art juridiquement protégée ? Quels sont les statuts juridiques, fiscaux et sociaux des artistes ? Comment vendre et acheter une œuvre d'art ? Comment organiser une exposition ? Comment transmettre des œuvres d'art à des héritiers ? Voilà les questions abordées par cet ouvrage qui s'adresse bien sûr aux artistes et aux principaux intervenants professionnels du marché de l'art, aux organisateurs d'exposition et aux amateurs d'art parfois déconcertés par un cadre juridique encore mal connu. Il est également destiné aux étudiants des écoles d'art et à ceux qui ont choisi de se spécialiser dans le management des entreprises culturelles.
