Abstract

Cet ouvrage présente le développement des organisations sous des éclairages nouveaux et pose sept questions. Les entreprises sont-elles vraiment sélectionnées par la concurrence ? Comment l'entreprise se crée-t-elle des options stratégiques ? Quels sont les liens entre le gouvernement de l'entreprise et son développement ? Quel est l'impact de la dynamique culturelle sur le développement de l'entreprise ? Comment l'apprentissage et la connaissance influencent-ils le développement de l'organisation ? Quels sont les rapports entre la justice, le mode de développement et le succès de l'entreprise ? Le développement de l'organisation peut-il être spontané à l'image de certains systèmes physiques ou biologiques ? De quelle manière la " logique du dialogue " favorise-t-elle le développement de l'entreprise ?Les réponses apportées à ces questions 1) exposent de manière didactique des théories jusqu'à présent peu utilisées en management stratégique, 2) illustrent leur propos de cas et de recherches récentes, et 3) s'articulent autour d'une méthode et d'une présentation communes.
