Abstract

Comment les managers intègrent-ils les technologies de l'information ? Comment doivent-ils les utiliser pour maîtriser leurs systèmes d'information et conduire au mieux leurs activités ? Cette 2e édition entièrement mise à jour développe les trois compétences fondamentales des managers en systèmes d'information : les bases techniques pour comprendre les technologies et interagir avec les informaticiens ; la gouvernance pour maîtriser enjeux et outils de pilotage et d'évaluation des systèmes d'information ; l'utilisation des technologies dans le cadre des métiers de l'entreprise. Cet ouvrage, accessible sans connaissance informatique préalable, propose dans un langage clair une approche adaptée aux gestionnaires. Il est illustré de nombreux exemples tirés de cas réels.
