Abstract

De plus en plus d'entreprises souhaitent disposer en temps réel d'un tableau de bord capable de leur fournir des indicateurs pertinents sur la conduite des activités et s'intégrant à leurs systèmes informatisés. Ce dossier a pour but de leur permettre d'éviter les principaux écueils liés à ce type de projet. Illustré de plusieurs exemples tirés de cas réels d'entreprises, il précise le contenu type d'un tel cahier de charges et présente un panorama des solutions existantes en matière de technologie.
