Abstract

Les démarches de formalisation des pratiques professionnelles, en amont de leur évaluation, rencontrent parfois une certaine résistance des professionnels. L'enquête présentée ici a porté sur l'impact de l'accréditation sur le ressenti des équipes soignantes et fait le lien avec la motivation au travail.
