Abstract

Cet article étudie le changement d'affectation des terres viticoles en usage résidentiel dans l'aire urbaine de Bordeaux, de 2000 à 2005. Le but est d'analyser le phénomène d'étalement urbain à travers les dynamiques viticoles qui sont une particularité prégnante de l'aire urbaine de Bordeaux. L'originalité de l'article tient au développement d'un modèle monocentrique permettant de définir différents anneaux périurbains pour lesquels nous testons un modèle logistique de changement d'affectation des terres viticoles. Les effets marginaux des variables explicatives varient d'un anneau à l'autre, suggérant différentes dynamiques spatiales à l'œuvre dans l'espace périurbain.
