Abstract

Dans le domaine de la protection de l'environnement, les politiques publiques combinent de nombreuses mesures (réglementations, subventions, taxes...) qui ont été adoptées en fonction d'une anticipation de leur coût et de leur capacité à protéger l'environnement (du moins en principe), mais souvent sans réflexion quant à leur impact sur l'emploi. Pourtant, puisque ces mesures visent à modifier les choix techniques et organisationnels, elles influencent également cette variable. Cette étude vise donc à estimer de façon qualitative l'effet des mesures publiques sur l'intensité en travail dans la gestion des déchets municipaux, les termes "mesure publique" et "intensité en travail" étant définis ci-dessous.
