Abstract

L'article propose une approche renouvelée du management de l'appropriation des solutions TIC. A partir d'une étude de cas, nous proposons de comprendre comment les acteurs passent du déploiement de controverses relatives à l'implémentation d'une solution TIC à des modes d'appropriation, c'est-à-dire à une vision commune de la solution TIC. A partir des résultats, nous développons une démarche de management des controverses dont l'objectif est de parvenir à des modes d'appropriation des solutions TIC. Cette démarche considère les controverses comme des opportunités pour conduire le processus d'appropriation de la solution TIC.
