L'éthique d'entreprise: présentation, bilan et interprétations

Abstract

Cet article présente ce qu'est l'éthique d'entreprise, l'état de sa diffusion et de sa pratique en France. Puis, cette méthode de direction est questionnée sous l'angle des sciences de gestion. Sa nature organisationnelle et ses effets sur l'organisation et le fonctionnement des entreprises sont traités ainsi que ses incidences sur les principales fonctions de gestion. Ensuite, elle est analysée à partir de trois points de vue plus sociétaux : le travail et le salariat ; l'interpénétration des économies formelle et informelle ; et comme mode. Enfin, l'éventuelle dimension morale des sciences de gestion ainsi que la place de l'éthique dans l'enseignement supérieur en gestion sont abordées pour tenter de valider l'intérêt de l'usage de la philosophie politique comme discipline d'analyse de l'univers de la gestion.
