Abstract

La notion de Responsabilité Sociale de l'Entreprise (RSE) est à la mode dans le monde des affaires. On peut toutefois penser que les entreprises de l'économie sociale sont porteuses de valeurs et d'engagements qui les incitent à développer une conception spécifique de leur responsabilité... Qu'en est-il vraiment ? A partir d'une étude des supports de communication externes qu'elles diffusent sur Internet, nous tenterons de cerner si elles se distinguent des autres par la nature, la forme ou encore le contenu de leurs messages concernant leur(s) responsabilité(s). A cette fin, nous comparerons les représentations qu'elles produisent, en focalisant notre attention sur les compagnies qui exercent dans le secteur de la banque et de l'assurance en France.
