Innovation et invention comparaison du point de vue juridique

Abstract

In a society where innovation is important and very much use, it is curious to note that in the law, the term "invention" is given preference. One could, therefore, wonder whether the two terms are equivalent. To answer to this question, one has to compare them. It appears, from the comparison, that "invention" and "innovation" have some similarities. But they may not be considered as totally equivalent, at least in Europe.
