Abstract

Cet article précise la nature des liens entre RSE et performance financière en dégageant trois axes majeurs pour une réflexion future: (1) l'inscription durable de la RSE dans le système de valeurs des entreprises, (2) les conditions d'une validation empirique d'un lien entre la stratégie RSE et la performance financière, lorsque cette stratégie s'inscrit dans le coeur de métier de la firme, et, (3) l'intérêt d'une reformulation de ce lien lorsqu'il s'agit d'une stratégie Bottom of the Pyramid.
