Abstract

La communication propose un modèle procédural montrant comment les middle managers peuvent être des acteurs déterminants dans l'intégration effective du « planning » et du « learning » et le développement des compétences organisationnelles. Le modèle est empiriquement fondé sur les grandes entreprises de services de réseau où cette intégration est particulièrement cruciale ; les middle managers peuvent permettre à l'entreprise d'habiter ses territoires de façon plus fine et plus légitime en participant à la construction indissociable des savoirs et des relations individuels, locaux et globaux.
