Abstract

Dans cet article nous analysons la perception et le vécu d'une fiche qualité mise en place dans un groupe de distribution de biens d'équipements employant 15000 salariés en France. Cette fiche, dans l'esprit de ses concepteurs, avait pour objet de formaliser l'expression et l'analyse des problèmes qualité en imposant un passage d'une culture orale à une culture de l'écrit. Contrairement, à cette optique qualiticienne (Darmon, 2001) qui réduit l'analyse des problèmes qualité à un échange formalisé d'informations, nous allons tenter de démontrer le rôle irremplaçable de la parole. Pour cela nous nous appuierons sur une étude empirique que nous avons réalisée dans ce groupe (une série de 30 entretiens semi-directifs). Notre cadre d'analyse théorique articulera les perspectives interactionnistes (Mead, 1934), linguistiques et managériales d'une part (Girin, 1990); et une anthropologie d'inspiration lacanienne, d'autre part (Lacan, 1966 ; Vasse, 1999). Ce cadre nous permet en effet de bien situer et argumenter l'apport spécifique de la parole par rapport à l'écrit.
