Abstract

Les développements récents des sciences de la connaissance, applications de l'Intelligence Artificielle et recherches sur les soubassements neurophysiologiques de la décision, permettent de mieux comprendre le rôle spécifique des simulations dans l'enseignement du management. Ces apports proposent une vision de la pensée humaine intégrant aspects émotionnels et aspects rationnels dans l'apprentissage. Les systèmes simulés ne fournissent pas le contenu explicite de la connaissance à transmettre, mais comportent des normes implicites que les participants s'approprient de manière active et personnalisée. De plus, les simulations qui modélisent des systèmes ouverts présentent un atout fondamental par l'immersion vicariante des participants, dans une situation qui re-produit la vie d'un ensemble d'entreprises sur un marché qu'elles contribuent à co-construire.
