Abstract

Les modifications rapides de l'environnement contemporain ont influencé les comportements humains et ont notamment généré une perte de sens au travail. A partir de l'histoire du management, le présent article s'intéresse à un ensemble d'approches de la connaissance regroupé sous le nom de Sciences Cognitives ; ces dernières ont proposé dans leur cheminement une vision anthropologique de plus en plus complète qui constitue une toile de fond utile à la compréhension de ce qu'est le sens. Cette vision renvoie en dernière instance à des notions pouvant responsabiliser à nouveau les acteurs, mettant en exergue leur capacité à participer à la création d'un environnement en mutation par le biais de leurs compétences. L'objectif de cet article est de faire une incursion dans la notion de sens, support préalable au repositionnement des acteurs dans un univers en évolution rapide.
