Abstract

In the paper, individuals are understood as ‘knowing' human being, with ability to learn of their relational experiments. Production of trust is based on learning of the others, when theses others are individuals, group of people or organisations. This point of view allows us to consider the specific investments that private organisations do to diffuse informations that product trust near individuals. In this, we can reflect to the contempory requirements of public organisations and understand why they have also to product trust. We analyse implements they can use to do it and observe that the implements of the merchant sector are tranposables to the public one
