Abstract

Pendant longtemps, le knowledge management (KM) a été considéré comme un de ces nouveaux phénomènes de mode dont le monde du management est féru. Véhiculée aux origines par les entreprises de conseil et de services informatiques, cette nouvelle forme de management a souvent été vue et vécue par les entreprises comme artificielle et vouée à la disparition. La longévité des pratiques et des actions de KM dans les organisations a démenti ce point de vue et le monde des entreprises tend aujourd'hui à considérer qu'il repose sur de réelles évolutions managériales. Dans le contexte d'une économie où la valeur ajoutée repose principalement sur l'échange et la production d'actifs immatériels, les entreprises ont pris conscience que la gestion de leur capital savoir est un vrai levier de leur performance. _ Cet ouvrage met l'accent sur les nouvelles tendances du knowledge management et son évolution dans la mouvance des technologies Web 2.0 et des transformations organisationnelles et managériales de l'entreprise d'aujourd'hui et de demain. Il reflète les avis et les travaux de chercheurs et professionnels d'entreprise dans ce domaine en France et il correspond aux grandes préoccupations des entreprises qui s'engagent dans le KM nouvelle génération : le KM 2.0.
