Abstract

Ce volume est le résultat de travaux coordonnés par la Mission de recherche DROIT et JUSTICE en exécution d'un programme européen FALCONE. Il contient : - Une description et une évaluation des dispositifs spécialisés de lutte contre la criminalité économique et financière en Europe (droits internes, droit comparé, droit international). Equipe poitevine de recherche et d'encadrement doctoral en sciences criminelles (EPRED) en collaboration avec le Centre d'études juridiques de La Rochelle (CEJLR). - Une approche interdisciplinaire (juridique et économique) de la délinquance boursière. Centre de recherche et de documentation économiques (CREDES) de Nancy. - Une étude sur l'émergence du problème des places offshores et la mobilisation internationale qu'elle a provoquée. Centre d'étude de la vie politique française (CEVIPOF - CNRS) et centre d'études sociologiques sur le droit et les institutions pénales (CESDIP - CNRS). - Une intervention de M. Jean-Claude MARIN, directeur des affaires criminelles et des grâces au Ministère de la Justice.
