Abstract

Pour le courant dominant de l'économie du droit, un niveau de réglementation élevé nuit à la qualité du système juridique et donc à l'attraction d'investisseurs étrangers. Or, alors même que les pays d'Europe centrale sont dotés de marchés plus réglementés que ceux des pays de Common Law, ils ont su attirer des flux importants d'investissements étrangers.
