Abstract

La mondialisation a profondément transformé les relations économiques internationales. Elle exige donc un effort de renouvellement des analyses, afin de mieux comprendre l'interaction entre les enjeux économiques, sociaux et environnementaux. Cet ouvrage, rédigé principalement par des économistes ouverts aux apports des autres sciences sociales, offre un regard croisé de chercheurs européens et nord-américains. Les contributions originales des auteurs sont issues d'un colloque organisé à l'Université de Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines les 10 et 11 juin 2004 par le C3ED (Centre d'économie et d'éthique pour l'environnement et le développement). Elles analysent les pouvoirs, les asymétries et les déséquilibres qui caractérisent l'économie politique de la mondialisation, et discutent également des alternatives possibles.
