Abstract

Les 25 et 26 mai, se tenaient à Toulouse les douzièmes Journées d'étude sur les données longitudinales dans l'analyse du marché du travail. Elles avaient pour thème " Construction et valorisation des compétences : l'apport des analyses longitudinales " et pour objectif d'élargir les approches traditionnelles de la compétence en montrant comment les données longitudinales pouvaient apporter de nouveaux éléments aux débats actuels sur la compétence. Abordé à travers plusieurs disciplines - l'économie, la sociologie, la gestion, les sciences de l'éducation -, le thème de la compétence a favorisé le recours à des méthodes longitudinales plus qualitatives comme celles des récits de vie ou des monographies d'entreprise. Mais il a également donné lieu à des exploitations originales d'enquêtes statistiques menées dans différents pays et centrées sur les trajectoires des individus sur le marché du travail.
