Abstract

Dans un environnement international caractérisé par la mondialisation, l'impératif de compétitivité s'impose à tous les pays comme une contrainte incontournable. Le cas est encore plus manifeste pour les Pays en Développement (PED) appelés à faire face à une concurrence internationale de plus en plus vive. Il s'agit pour ces pays de s'adapter aux conditions de production telles qu'exigées par la demande mondiale. Pour ce faire les PED se trouvent dans l'obligation de recourir aux pays avancés pour l'importation des technologies au moyen de transferts véhiculés par les IDE (Investissements Directs à l'Étranger)
