Abstract

Cet article tente de rendre compte de la diversité des configurations contemporaines de relations interfirmes observables dans de nombreux secteurs d'activités et du rôle structurant qu'y jouent les interactions coopératives. Il est structuré en trois parties. La première se focalise sur l'analyse du contexte technologique, institutionnel et stratégique dans lequel s'insèrent les formes contemporaines d'interaction entre firmes. La deuxième partie examine la manière dont différentes approches de la firme articulent de manière insatisfaisante les notions de concurrence et de coopération interfirmes. La troisième partie est centrée sur l'analyse des différentes configurations empruntées par les modalités d'interaction entre firmes au sein des dynamiques concurrentielles actuelles.
