Abstract

After the information wave, ISO 9000 standards represent without any doubt the most substantial organizational effort of the last 10 years in making corporate knowledge become more visible.But we still lack clear insight into the consequences in terms of learning dynamics brought about by hence codifying practical and conceptual knowledge. As a counterpoint to some Anglo-Saxon research carried out on this theme and with the help of two case studies, we propose to describe knowledge codification dynamics and their impact on learning modes following from a quality certification process.
