Abstract

Les « partenariats public-privé » sont considérés comme un dispositif-clé des processus collectifs d'innovation. Dans le secteur des biotechnologies moléculaires, ces partenariats sont au cœur de la production, de l'accumulation et de la diffusion de connaissances. Ils mettent toutefois en présence une grande variété d'acteurs aux intérêts différents et parfois même opposés. Le succès des partenariats public-privé implique l'établissement de compromis entre différentes logiques. Le domaine des biotechnologies fournit des exemples intéressants de constructions organisationnelles dont l'objectif est de coordonner des acteurs mûs par des schémas d'action différenciés. En s'adossant au modèle sociologique des cités de Boltanski et Thévenot, l'article met au jour les spécificités des modes de coordination en jeu et les défis principaux qui doivent être relevés, pour arriver à une valorisation collective des complémentarités et un métissage des différentes logiques en présence.
