Abstract

Alors que les nouvelles technologies de la communication et la spéculation financière semblent focaliser l'attention des dirigeants sur le très court terme, comment gérer la Recherche et Développement, dont on affirme qu'elle est déterminante pour l'avenir de la firme dans une concurrence de plus en plus basée sur des stratégies d'innovation répétée ? Face aux nouvelles exigences d'une rentabilité toujours plus élevée, le management de la recherche se ramènerait-il alors au management de projet ?
