Abstract

Ce livre se propose de donner au lecteur un aperçu du droit commercial et du droit des sociétés tels qu'ils sont actuellement applicables en Afrique. Toutefois, le sujet abordé est limité à un double point de vue : au plan du domaine du droit et au plan géographique. Après avoir brièvement situé l'évolution du droit en cause depuis l'indépendance des États énumérés, il est traité, dans une première partie, des conditions d'exercice et du statut des commerçants, tandis que la seconde partie est consacrée à la réglementation des sociétés commerciales.
