Abstract

Faut-il réformer d'un seul coup les économies mal en point, ou doit-on le faire graduellement ? A vrai dire, ainsi posée, la question n'appelle pas de réponse. Comme dans la plupart des débats où les théories s'affrontent en s'appuyant sur l'expérience réelle, les partisans de chaque théorie ont tendance à s'annexer les expériences indubitablement réussies, et attribuent les échecs à la politique adverse. Les choses sont rarement simples, et il est bien rare qu'un train de mesures ne contienne pas d'éléments de l'une et l'autre sorte pour qu'on ne puisse le classer dans l'un ou l'autre groupe. Ces Journées auront permis de sensibiliser et d'associer des économistes vietnamiens francophones aux travaux de recherche du Réseau. Le présent ouvrage propose une sélection de vingt-cinq des meilleures communications présentées lors du colloque.
